Spraying   pressure is too high or too low. Spraying distance is close. The oil output   and air pressure are not coordinated.

Adjust the   appropriate air pressure, spraying distance, oil output and gun speed   according to paint requirements.

Paint viscosity   is too high or too low.

Reasonably   adjust the amount of thinner added.

The paint film   is too thin and its thickness is not enough.

Increase the oil   output of the spray gun. Slow down the gun speed and increase spraying times

Solvent evaporates too fast.

Control the   temperature and humidity of the coating environment.Put the coated workpiece   in the room for a period of time before baking, and at the same time   appropriately extend the leveling time.
