The paint film is too thick.

Control the   temperature and humidity of the painting environment.

IR leveling temperature is too low 

or time is not enough in UV system.

Increase IR temperature   or extend IR time (Construction strictly in accordance with the construction   process.)

Solvent evaporates too slowly in UV system.

Control the temperature and humidity of the coating 

environment and 

appropriately increase the IR 

temperature or extend the IR time.

Part of the UV energy radiation is 

not in place due to the complexity 

of the workpiece in the UV system.

Reasonably adjust the 

placement of UV lights.

Incomplete curing and low UV 

exposure energy in UV system.

Increase exposure energy.

UV light aging in UV system.

Replace the light.
