Incomplete drying of primer

Strengthen curing (increase baking 

temperature, extend baking time, 

increase UV curing   energy)

The paint film is too thick and the 

internal drying is not complete.

Adjust the coating method and control 

the thickness of the paint film.

The primer is dissolved by the 

solvent of the topcoat

Choose the matching primer.

The top coating’s baking 

temperature is too high

Control the baking temperature of the top coating.

Excessive use of thinner leads to   incomplete solvent volatilization.

Reasonably adjust the amount of thinner added.
