There is too much dust or impurities in the spraying environment.

Control the cleanliness of the construction environment.

The sprayed surface has not been 

thoroughly dust-removed and 

cleaned.

Thoroughly clean the coated objects.

The paint is contaminated or the 

paint itself is not fine enough, 

contains impurities, and has not 

been filtered before construction.

Ensure that all   materials are clean. Material container should be sealed and filtered before   using paint.

Uneven mixing and insufficient 

mixing.

Stir thoroughly.

The spray is too thin, resulting in no leveling room.

Increase the oil   output of the spray gun. Slow down the gun speed and increase the number of   spraying.

The thinner does   not match and does not dissolve the paint.

Choose a right diluent.

The paint has poor compatibility 

with the dye, and the dye is 

separated.

Choose matching dye.

The spraying is   not standardized, and the spraying posture is curved or inclined. The oil   output of the spray gun is too small. The air pressure is too low, and the   paint atomization is not good.

Choose a nozzle   with a suitable caliber, and adjust the appropriate air pressure, spraying   distance, oil output and spraying speed according to the paint requirements.
