Moisture (water) reacts with curing agent. | Properly control the temperature and humidity of the construction environment. Stop construction when the air humidity is greater than 80%. |
The paint is too viscous. | Use matching thinner to dilute the paint reasonably. (Use as little as possible low-boiling solvents such as butyl ester, ethyl ester and toluene, and use solvents with a boiling point higher than 160°.) |
The solvent evaporates too fast during curing. | Control the temperature and extend the surface drying time of the paint film to extend the opening time of the paint film. |
