Incorrect spray   gun nozzle (caliber) or spray air pressure.

Select the   nozzle of the appropriate caliber, adjust the appropriate air pressure,   spraying distance, oil output and spraying speed according to the paint   requirements.

The paint film   is too thick.

Reduce the oil   output of the spray gun, speed up the spraying speed, and reduce the times of   spraying.

Paint viscosity   is too high.

Reasonably adjust   the amount of diluent added.

Use hardener or   thinner that dries too fast.

Use proper   hardener and thinner.

Before heating   and drying, the stading time is not enough or the airflow in the paint booth   is not enough.

Give enough   standing time and regularly check the air pressure and humidity in the barn.

Baking temperature is too high and   heating up too fast

Give enough   standing time and adjust the baking temperature and heating rate.

Uneven mixing causes air inside the   paint.

Stir thoroughly.   After mixing, let it stand for a while before spraying.
